| 摘 要： | 对台湾家白蚁醇提物用微量凝集法测定，结果显示有增强SRBC免疫所致的小鼠特异性抗体反应，提高血清溶菌酶活性；抗应激实验结果表明，可延长小鼠的游泳时间，延长耐常压缺氧及Iso所致的心肌缺氧时间，延长高温、低温条件下的存活时间。提示有增强免疫及抗应激作用。

| Abstract: | From testing and analyzing the alcohol axtract from the coptotermes formosanus. S with the microagglutination method, the results have shown that the alcohol extract can enhance a mouses's specific antibody reaction due to SRBC immuity and serum lyzozyme activity. Additionally,the results from the anti-stress experiment have shown that the alcohol extract can also prolong the swimming duration for the mouse; prolong the time span to tolerate oxygen deficiency under ordinals pressure and myocardial hypoxia caused by ISO; and prolong the survival time span under high or low temperature. It is implied that the alcohol extract from the coptoterumes formosanus. S has immunological functions and anti-stress effect. |
