纹状体边缘区与学习记忆功能关系的实验研究

摘    要:目的 探讨纹状体边缘区与学习记忆功能的关系 ;方法 采用立体定向技术将神经毒剂海人藻酸(KA)注射破坏纹状体边缘区神经细胞体 ,并在注射前后用Y型迷宫测试大鼠的学习和记忆功能 ;结果 双侧纹状体边缘区受到破坏的大鼠学习和记忆功能明显减退 (P <0 0 1) ,且与传统认为的记忆中枢NBM破坏后的结果无显著差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ;结论 纹状体边缘区与大鼠的空间辨别作业的学习记忆密切相关 ,该区与NBM在大鼠的学习记忆功能中可能扮演着不可或缺的角色

Abstract:Objective To explore the relation between the striatum marginal divsion(MrD) and the function of learning and memory.Methods The stereotaxic injection of the kainic acid was used to selectively destroy the cell bodies of the bilateral MrD,Y-maze was used to measure the spatial discriminational task of rat pre-and postoperation.Results The rats with bilateral MrD destruction showed severe learning and memory deficits in spatial discriminational task (P<0 01),which shown no statistically relationship as the results in the destructed memory center NBM(P>0 05).Conclusions MrD might play an important role in learning and memory functions of rats.
