宫腔镜联合阴道超声诊断绝经后出血

目的 分析联合阴道超声和宫腔镜检查对绝经后子宫出血的诊断价值.方法 对98例绝经后子宫出血患者行阴道超声和宫腔镜检查,并通过活检或手术取材送病理.结果 绝经后子宫出血的病因依次为:子宫内膜息肉、子宫内膜炎、子宫肌瘤、子宫内膜单纯性增生、萎缩性子宫内膜、子宫内膜癌等,联合阴道超声和宫腔镜检查对良性病变诊断符合率为94.7%,恶性病变诊断符合率为100%.结论 联合阴道超声和宫腔镜检查诊断绝经后子宫出血具有很高的准确性.

Combining Vaginal Ultrasonic With Hysteroscope to Diagnose Postmenopausal Uterine Bleeding

Objective To analyses the value of combining vaginal ultrasonic with hysteroscope for diagnosis for postmenopausal uterine bleeding. Methods 98 cases of postmenopausal bleeding were examined by vaginal ultrasonic and hysteroscope,pathological results were also gained. Results Etiology to causing postmenopausal uterine bleeding included endometrial polyps, endometritis, uterine myoma, simple endometrial hyperplasia,atrophica endometrium, and endometrial carcinoma. The diagnostic coincident rate of combining vaginal ultrasonic with hysteroscope to benign and malign pathological changes of postmenopausal uterine bleeding was 94.7% and 100% separatively. Conclusions Combining vaginal ultrasonic with hysteroscope is a better way for diagnosis of postmenopausal uterine bleeding.
