调免1号对抗生殖抗体所致反复自然流产免疫调节作用的研究

目的探讨中药调免1号对抗生殖抗体所致反复自然流产的免疫调节作用。方法将生殖抗体阳性反复自然流产患者83例，采用抽签法随机分成两组，治疗组42例，服用中药调免1号治疗，对照组41例，服用强的松治疗，治疗时间为3个月，治疗前后检测各种抗体、T细胞亚群及白介素2、4细胞因子。结果治疗组治疗后CD4下降，CD8提高，CD4/CD8比值处于人体正常值水平，与治疗前比较差异有显著性（P〈0.05）；白介素-2（IL-2）提高，白介素-4（IL-4）下降，与治疗前比较差异有显著性（P〈0.05）；治疗组各种抗体的转阴率为95.2%，与对照组比较皆有显著性差异（P〈0.01）。结论生殖抗体阳性反复自然流产患者存在免疫功能紊乱，中药调免1号具有良好的免疫调节作用。

Clinical Research to Chinese Traditional Medicine Tiaomian Yihao for Regulating the Immunity to Treat the Anti-Reproductive Antibody Inducing Rsa

Objective Investigate the regulating effect and clinical curative effect of tiao mian yihao for regulating the immunity to treat the anti-reproductive antibody inducing RSA. Methods Divide the 83 sufferers of the anti-reproductive antibody inducing RSA into two groups with sortition, treat the 42 suffers in the remedial group with the tiao mian yihao for regulating the immunity and the 41 suffers in the antitheses group with the prednisone for 3 months, detect the level of the antibodies,T-cell sybcolony and the interleukin2,4 cytokine before and after the treatment. Results In the remedial group; compare the level of the CD4, CD8, CD4/CD8 before the treatment to that after the treatment, it was found marked difference; in the antitheses group,compare the level of the CD4 ,CD8 ,CD4/CD8 before the treatment to that after the treatment,it was found no marked difference. Conclusions The tiao mian yihao for regulating the immunity has well immunoregulation action, and remarkable clinical curative effect to treat the anti-reproductive antibody inducing RSA.
