脑康胶囊对脑缺血再灌注家兔血液流变学影响的实验研究

摘    要:目的:研究脑康胶囊对脑缺血再灌注家兔血液流变性的影响。方法:选用健康家兔24只,随机分为假手术组、造模组和脑康胶囊治疗组(以下简称为治疗组),采用三血管阻断法建立实验性脑缺血再灌注模型。检测全血粘度(高、低切)、血浆粘度和红细胞压积。结果:治疗组全血粘度(高、低切)、血浆粘度和红细胞压积各项血液流变学指数均明显低于模型组(P<0.05)。结论:脑康胶囊具有降低血液粘稠度,改善微循环的作用。

Abstract:objective:To investigate the influence of Naokang capsule on cerebral ischemia -reperfusion of rabbits in blood rheology. Methods: The experiment models of cerebral ischemia - peperfusion were made with tri - vasoligation, which 24 healthy rabbits are divided into pseudo - operative group, model group and the therapy group of Naokang capsule. The viscosity of whole blood, viscosity of plasma and HCT were measured . Result:The viscosity of whole blood ,viscosity of plasma and HCT of therapy group is lower than the model group. Conclusion;Naokang capsule can decrease the viscosity of blood .improve micro -circulation and have a effective therapy on the ischemic cerebrovascular disease.
