绝经前期腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术的临床研究

目的:探讨对绝经前期患者行腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术的临床效果及应用价值。方法:选择我院确诊为子宫肌瘤的绝经前期患者56例,行腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术,与同期住院但要求行开腹子宫肌瘤剔除术的绝经前期患者68例进行比较,观察两组患者的手术时间,术中出血量,术后排气时间,住院时间,术后病率和术后镇痛药使用率等并进行对比分析。结果:两组患者的手术时间,术中出血量,术后排气时间,住院时间,术后病率和术后镇痛药使用率比较,差异均有统计学意义(t=3.562,5.368,6.375,4.512,6.542,3.285;P值均小于0.05)。结论:腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术安全有效,适用于绝经前期患者,有利于提高患者的生活质量和身心健康。

Clinical Research of Premenopausal Laparoscopic Myomectomy

Objective:To investigate the pre-menopausal patients with laparoscopic myomectomy clinical results and value.Methods:March 2008～March 2010 in our hospital 56 patients diagnosed with uterine fibroids menopause underwent laparoscopic myomectomy,at the same period,68 patients with early menopaus underwent open myomectomy.Compared and analyzed the two groups’ operative time,blood loss,postoperative discharge time,hospital stay,postoperative morbidity and postoperative analgesic utilization.Results:The two groups had statistically significant differences in operative time,blood loss,postoperative discharge time,hospital stay,postoperative morbidity and postoperative analgesic usage(t=3.562,5.368,6.375,4.512,6.542,3.285;P value less than 0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic myomectomy is safe and effective for premenopausal patients.It can improve the patient’s quality of life and health.
