睾丸生殖细胞肿瘤64例临床分析

目的探讨睾丸生殖细胞肿瘤的治疗预后情况.方法对山东省肿瘤防治研究院1971年6月～1993年12月,入院治疗64例睾丸生殖细胞肿瘤者的临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果精原细胞瘤56例、隐睾20例,5、10、15、20年生存率分别为79.7%(51/64)、77.8%(28/36)、74.1%(20/27)、47.1%(8/17),临床分期、治疗方法、病理类型及有无隐睾均影响其生存率.结论睾丸生殖细胞肿瘤的治疗选择以手术放疗为主的综合治疗,早期发现、早期治疗对提高睾丸生殖细胞肿瘤的生存率有重要意义.

The Clinical Treatment Analysis of 64 Cases of Testiculer Germ Cell Tumor

Objective:To study the treatment and prognosis of testicular germ cell tumor.Methods:From Jun.1971 to Dec.1993,64 patients with testicular germ cell tumor were treated in Shandong Tumor Hospital,their clinical data were analysed retrospectively.Results:Out of 64 cases,56 cases with testicular seminoma,20 cases with cryptorchidism.The 5,10,15,20 year survival rate was 79 7%(51/64),77 8%(28/36),74 1%(20/27),47 1%(8/17)respectively.The survival rate was related to clinical staging,treatment methods,pathological type and cryptorchidism.Conclusions:The treatment method of testicular germ cell tumor should be the combination therapy based on operation and radiotherapy.Early diagnosis and early treatment are two most important factors influencing the survival rate of testicular agerm cell tumor.
