流量调节器在老年静脉输液过程中的应用性研究

目的探讨一次性输液器组件中流量调节器在老年静脉输液过程中的应用及对穿刺成败、漏液的影响。方法将196例老年患者随机分成实验组和对照组,实验组采用流量调节器在穿刺回血后松开一半方式输液,对照组采用常规的流量调节器在穿刺回血后全部松开的方式输液,比较2组穿刺成功、穿刺失败、漏液情况。结果实验组和对照组2组成功穿刺例数与失败穿刺例数相比,经统计学处理,差异有显著性(P<0.05);成功穿刺例数与漏液例数相比,经统计学处理,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论应用流量调节器半松开式进行静脉输液,可以提高穿刺成功率,明显减少老年静脉输液过程中漏液的发生,在保护了血管的同时,减少了老年患者的痛苦。

A study on application of flow regulator in intravenous transfusion of aged patients

Objective To Probe application of flow regulator of disposable infusion apparatus in intravenous transfusion of aged Patients, and its contribution to success or failure of puncturation and weeping. Methods 196 aged patients were randomly divided into experimental and control group, the experimental group received intravenous transfusion with the style of flow regulator half-unclamped after blood reflux, in contrast, the control group received full-unclamped style. The rate of success or failure puncturation and weeping were compared between groups. Results The rate of success puncturation in experimental group are higher than that of in control group , the rate of failure puncturation and weeping reduced both in experimental group, the difference was Significant (P<0.05). Conclusions It is beneficial to improve success puncturation, decrease weeping in intravenous transfusion applying the style of flow regulator half-unclamped. As a result, the blood vessels were protected, the pain of aged patients was relieved.
