| 摘 要： | 目的：研究美花圆叶筋骨草的挥发油的化学成分。方法：用水蒸气蒸馏法提取美花圆叶筋骨草的挥发油并通过气相色谱-质谱技术对其进行分析。结果：从美花圆叶筋骨草挥发油中鉴别出了29个成分,含量占挥发油总量的98.12%。其中脂肪族烯醇类成分6个,占总量的39.63%;脂肪酸类成分5个,占总量的49.42%。结论：美花圆叶筋骨草挥发油中的主要成分为Z,Z,Z]-9,12,15-十八碳三烯-1-醇,含量为34.39%;正十六酸（棕榈酸）,含量为42.79%。
