Abstract:Objective To discuss the effect of roxadustat on microinflammatory factors of patients with renal anemia.Methods A total of 40 patients with renal anemia as study subjects were divided into control group and observation group according to systematic sampling method,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with recombinant human erythropoietin(rHuEPO),and the observation group was treated with roxadustat.The transferrin saturation(TSAT),serum ferritin(SF),hemoglobin(HGB),hematocrit(HCT)before and after treatment,and interleukin-6(IL-6)and C-reactive protein(CRP)levels after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,TSAT(31.59±1.36)%,SF(267.95±41.48)μg/L,HGB(117.24±29.45)g/L and HCT(28.63±2.34)%of the observation group were higher than(25.34±1.62)%,(226.35±41.15)μg/L,(98.47±26.34)g/L and(25.12±2.06)%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,IL-6(63.37±12.59)pg/ml and CRP(51.23±13.21)mg/L of the observation group were lower than(113.32±48.69)pg/ml and(59.52±12.56)mg/L of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Roxadustat has a high application value during the treatment of renal anemia,and it can significantly reduce inflammation in addition to improving anemia indicators,which is worthy of adoption and promotion.
