178例盐酸羟考酮药品不良反应文献分析

目的探索盐酸羟考酮致药品不良反应(ADR)的发生原因、特点,找寻规律,为盐酸羟考酮的临床合理使用,及时预防与处理ADR提供参考。方法以“盐酸羟考酮”“药品不良反应”“安全性”和“致”等为检索词,检索中国知网、万方数据、维普网2000年9月1日至2019年9月1日盐酸羟考酮ADR相关文献,依纳入与排除标准共筛选出28篇文献,对文献从临床病例进行提取、分类及统计分析。结果筛选后提取病例178例,病例中老年患者比例较高;原患疾病主要为癌性疼痛;ADR涉及胃肠、神经和精神、泌尿、皮肤及附件以及全身性等多个系统损害;临床表现以便秘、恶心、呕吐、头晕、头痛最为突出,其他临床表现有排尿困难、呼吸抑制、骨髓抑制、肝损害等。结论临床使用盐酸羟考酮应关注其ADR的发生,加强用药监测与风险管理,保障患者用药安全。

Literature Review of 178 Cases of Adverse Drug Reaction Induced by Oxycodone Hydrochloride

Objective To explore the causes,characteristics and regularities of adverse reactions caused by oxycodone hydrochloride,so as to provide reference for rational clinical use of oxycodone hydrochloride and prevent adverse drug reaction as early as possible.Methods With"oxycodone""adverse drug reaction""safety"and"to"as key words,the CNKI、Wanfang and VIP database were searched to retrieve related articles published from September 1,2000 to September 1,2019.Twenty-eight articles which met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were retrieved and analyzed.Results A total of 178 cases were included.The proportion of elderly patients was high.The primary disease was cancer pain.Systems and organs mainly involved in adverse reactions were gastrointestines,neurological and mental organs,urinary organs,skins and accessories.Constipation,nausea,vomiting,dizziness and headache were the dominating clinical manifestations.Other clinical manifestations included dysuria,respiratory inhibition,myelosuppression and liver damage.Conclusion We should be alert to the occurrence of adverse drug reaction,strengthen the monitoring and risk management of drug use,and ensure the safety of drug use.
