Abstract:Objective To investigate the practical effect of chemiluminescence immunoassay in the detection of tumor biomarkers. Methods A total of 50 tumor patients(research group) and 50 healthy subjects(control group) were randomly selected as the research subjects. Carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA), carbohydrate antigen 199(CA199), carbohydrate antigen 153(CA153), alpha-fetoprotein(AFP), carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125) in the serum of the two groups of subjects were detected by chemiluminescence immunoassay, and the detection level and positive detection rate were compared. Results The test levels of AFP, CEA, CA125, CA153, CA199 in the research group were(1001±321) ng/L,(80.5±16) ng/L,(510±17) U/L,(515±66) U/L,(410±35) U/L respectively, which were all higher than(768±62) ng/L,(17.5±3) ng/L,(231±20) U/L,(291± 22) U/L,(121±11) U/L of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The positive detection rates of CEA, CA199, CA153, AFP, and CA125 of the research group were 62.0%(31/50), 68.0%(34/50), 56.0%(28/50), 54.0%(27/50) and 58.0%(29/50), which were all higher than 0, 0, 0, 0 and 0 of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Chemiluminescence immunoassay has the characteristics of simple operation, high sensitivity and strong specificity, and the accuracy of the test results will not be affected by sample destruction or hemolysis. It is widely used in the clinical detection of tumor diseases, immune system diseases, heart diseases and viruses, with good detection effect and high detection accuracy.
