基于膜原理论探讨中医对新型冠状病毒肺炎的早期干预

新型冠状病毒肺炎的发生是气候异常变化,正气不足,邪气内干等共同作用的结果。病机特点为:早期湿毒伏于膜原,为半表半里,常可夹三阳经病变。病位在肺,尚未传变,此时是正邪交争的关键,也是疾病发展的转折期。若疫毒邪气郁结较重,耗伤气津,趁虚入里,或因患者体质强盛化热,湿毒化热闭肺,正虚邪实进一步加重,故膜原直接关系到疾病的转归和预后。中医及早干预,辨证论治,抓住早期邪在膜原的关键时机,治以开达膜原,芳香避秽,再根据化寒化热,三阳经之兼证而随证治之。

Discussion on Early TCM Intervention on COVID-19 from Perspective of Moyuan Theory

The occurrence of corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)is the result of the interaction of abnormal climate changes,insufficiency of healthy Qi,and invasion of internal pathogenic Qi.Its pathogenesis characteristics are as following:In the early stage,the Dampness Toxin lurks in the Moyuan(interpleuro-diaphragmatic space),which is half-superficies and half-interior,and it′s often associated with pathological changes of the Three Yang Meridians.At this moment,the disease is limited in Lung and has not spread yet,which is the key point of the struggle between the healthy Qi and Pathogenic Qi as well as the turning point of the disease progression.If the epidemic Toxin or Pathogenic Qi is severely stagnant,and then it consumes the Qi and Fluid,it can enter the interior of the human body by taking advantage of the weak point;if the patient′s Constitution is strong and transform into a Heat pattern and form a Heat syndrome with Dampness Toxin and blocking the lung,which can worsen the condition of the healthy Qi deficiency and pathogenic Qi Excess.Therefore,Moyuan is directly related to the sequelae and prognosis of the disease.The early intervention of TCM,which offers treatment based on the syndrome differentiation,can seize the key moment that the Pathogen still confined in Moyuan,open onto the pleurodiaphragmatic interspace,dispel filth with aroma,according to the Cold or Heat transformation pattern and concomitant symptom in Three Yang Meridians,and eventually the diseases would be cured with syndrome identification.
