温补脾肾化痰法治疗多囊卵巢综合征疗效观察

目的观察温补脾肾化痰法联合达英-35治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的疗效。方法将痰湿型PCOS患者60例,随机分为对照组和观察组,均给予达英-35口服,观察组在此基础上加用中药口服,治疗3个月经周期后观察疗效。比较治疗前后抗苗勒管激素(AMH)及性激素水平。结果两组患者治疗后AMH及性激素水平均有所改善(P<0.05),观察组降低睾酮(T)、AMH优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论温补脾肾化痰法联合达英-35治疗多囊卵巢综合征效果显著,可有效改善AMH及性激素水平。

The clinical observation on the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome with tonifying spleen and resolving phlegm

Objective To observe the clinical effect of warming spleen and kidney and resolving phlegm combined with Diane-35 in the treatment of phlegm-dampness polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods 60 patients with phlegm-dampness PCOS were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,all of whom were given Diane-35 orally.The levels of anti-mullerian hormone(AMH)and sex hormone before and after treatment were analyzed and compared.Results AMH and sex hormone levels in both groups were improved after treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group in reducing testosterone and AMH(P<0.05).Conclusion The method of warming spleen and kidney and resolving phlegm combined with Diane-35 is effective in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome,and effectively improves AMH and sex hormone levels.
