Clinical efficacy of urinary kallidinogenase combined with edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction

Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of urinary kallidinogenase combined with edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 66 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into control group and research group,with 33 cases in each group.The control group was treated with edaravone,and the research group was treated with urinary kallidinogenase combined with edaravone.The therapeutic effect,the National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)score,serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),and interleukin-17(IL-17)level before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the NIHSS score(6.98±1.90)points of the research group was obviously lower than(12.67±2.74)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment of the research group was 96.97%,which was higher than 72.73%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum hs-CRP and IL-17 of the research group were(4.76±1.47)mg/L and(34.93±11.36)ng/L,which were obviously lower than(9.87±1.28)mg/L and(58.76±18.64)ng/L of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Urinary kallidinogenase combined with edaravone can significantly improve the therapeutic effect and improve the NIHSS score and serum hs-CRP and IL-17 levels of patients with acute cerebral infarction.
