双氯芬酸钠栓预防肛裂术后并发症的临床分析

目的探讨双氯芬酸钠栓预防肛裂术后并发症的效果。方法132例肛裂手术患者,根据术后治疗方式不同分为观察组(68例)与对照组(64例)。两组患者均行纵切横缝内括约肌切断术治疗,观察组患者术后给予双氯芬酸钠栓治疗,对照组患者术后给予盐酸曲马多注射液治疗。比较两组患者术后不同时间段疼痛评分及术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者术后2、4、8、12、24、48 h疼痛评分分别为(2.31±0.27)、(2.43±0.30)、(3.06±0.41)、(3.46±0.32)、(3.83±0.47)、(2.99±0.18)分,均低于对照组的(2.72±0.22)、(3.06±0.37)、(4.32±0.41)、(5.01±0.51)、(5.97±0.57)、(5.13±0.39)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者并发症发生率10.29%低于对照组的31.25%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双氯芬酸钠栓对于预防肛裂术后并发症有着良好的作用,可以明显降低患者并发症发生情况,同时可以减轻患者的疼痛情况,值得在临床中推广。

Clinical analysis of prevention of complications after anal fissure with diclofenac sodium suppository

Objective To discuss the effect of diclofenac sodium suppository in prevention of complications after anal fissure.Methods A total of 132 patients with anal fissure surgery were divided into observation group(68 cases)and control group(64 cases)according to different treatment methods.Patients in both groups were treated with longitudinal and transverse suture internal sphincterotomy.Patients in the observation group were treated with diclofenac sodium suppository after the surgery,and patients in the control group were treated with tramadol hydrochloride injection after the surgery.The pain score at different time points after surgery and occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The pain score at 2,4,8,12,24 and 48 h after surgery of the observation group were(2.31±0.27),(2.43±0.30),(3.06±0.41),(3.46±0.32),(3.83±0.47)and(2.99±0.18)points,which were all lower than(2.72±0.22),(3.06±0.37),(4.32±0.41),(5.01±0.51),(5.97±0.57)and(5.13±0.39)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications 10.29%of the observation group was lower than 31.25%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Diclofenac sodium suppository has a good effect in the prevention of postoperative complications of anal fissure,which can significantly reduce the incidence of complications and the pain of patients,which is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
