从生长化收藏看五运六气理论

五运六气学说体现了中医学“天人合一”的思想,“木、火、土、金、水”五运以及“风、热、火、湿、燥、寒”六气均是通过影响自然界生、长、化、收、藏等生化之气而作用于人体,故可以从“生长化收藏”等生化之气的角度看待五运六气理论。根据《黄帝内经》七篇大论中“重克轻生”“重五正位”“特殊之年运气加临”以及“普通之年运气加临”等相应原则,对每一年的初始生化之气以及加临原则分别进行详细赋值规定。根据此赋值原则以甲子、甲午年为例分别对一甲子中每一年的生化之气进行赋值计算,完成运气和生化之气的转化,得出一甲子生化之气赋值简表,进而可以根据该赋值表进行气候、疾病以及体质禀赋的预测。

Discussion on Five Yun Six Qi Theory from Perspective of TCM Sheng Zhang Hua Shou Cang

The Five Yun Six Qi Theory embodies the idea of"harmony between man and nature"in Chinese medicine.Both the Five Yun,namely,Wood,Fire,Earth,Metal,and Water,and Six Qi,namely,Wind,heat,Fire,Dampness,Dryness and Cold,act on the human body by influencing the engendering transformation Qi of Sheng,Zhang,Hua,Shou and Cang in nature.Therefore,we can view the Five Yun Six Qi Theory from the Perspective of"Sheng Zhang Hua Shou Cang",namely,engendering transformation of Qi.According to the corresponding principles in the seven chapters of Huang Di Nei Jing,such as"emphasizing restraining while belittling engendering","emphasizing five main positions","Yun Qi adding in special year"and"Yun Qi addition in regular year",each year′s initial biochemical Qi and the principle of addition and imminence have been specified in details.According to this assignment principle,take the Jiazi and Jiawu years as examples to calculate the biochemical Qi of each year in a Jiazi,complete the conversion of luck and biochemical Qi,and get a summary table of the biochemical Qi assignment of a Jiazi.Furthermore,the forecast of climate,disease and physical endowment can be made based on the assignment table.
