Abstract:Objective To discuss the practical effect of multi-mode magnetic resonance in the diagnosis of acute cerebral ischemia.Methods A total of 58 patients with acute cerebral ischemia all received multimode magnetic resonance scans[T2 weighted imaging(T2WI),magnetic resonance angiography(MRA),diffusion weighted imaging(DWI),susceptibility weighted imaging(SWI)]within 48 h of the onset of the disease.The detection of DWI and T2WI in patients with different onset time and the proportion of MRA grading in different lesion diameters were observed and compared.The correlation between SWI venous display and lesion perfusion state,as well as the occurrence of lesion perfusion state and bleeding tendency displayed by SWI image were analyzed.Results The detection rates of DWI in patients with onset time≤6 h and 7-24 h were 100.00%and 97.22%,respectively,which were higher than 25.00%and 77.78%of T2WI,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);for patients with the onset time of 25-48 h,the detection rates of DWI and T2WI were both 100.00%.The proportion of MRA grade 0 in patients with infarction diameter>15 mm was 4.35%,which was significantly lower than 41.67%in patients with infarction diameter≤15 mm,while the proportion of grade 3 MRA in patients with infarction diameter≤15 mm was 56.52%,which was significantly higher than 16.67%in patients with infarction diameter≤15 mm(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in the proportion of MRA grade 1 and grade 2 in patients with infarction diameter>15 mm and≤15 mm(P>0.05).There was a positive correlation between the perfusion status of the lesion and the upper vein display on SWI(P<0.05).SWI was sensitive to microbleeding and bleeding tendency.Conclusion Multi-mode magnetic resonance can effectively improve the early detection rate of acute cerebral ischemia patients,accurately reflect the situation of the incidence area,and has high diagnostic value.
