PIVAS的成本测算与收费水平探讨

目的：对目前PIVAS的成本测算方法以及已收费情况进行汇总分析，为国家制定政策提供依据。方法：收集各医院成本测算数据、收集已收费地区收费情况，进行综合分析。结果：大部分医院的普通药品配置费测算数据比较接近均值，已收费地区的各种配置费收费水平也具有可比性。结论：目前医院普通药品配置费成本测算均值以及已批准的三地区各种配置费收费标准基本反映了相对应的配置成本，可供其它医院参考，也可为国家制定相关价格政策提供依据。

Investigation of Cost Calculation and Charge Level of PIVAS

Objective： Summarzing and analyzing of methods of cost calculation and charge level of PIVAS in order to provide reference for national policy formulation. Methods： Collect data of cost calculation of different hospitals and cost level in areas where PIVAS charging has already been implemented,then comprehensive analysis was done. Results： Cost caluculation data of generic drugs configuration in most hospitals are closer to the mean data, and the charging levels of various configuration fee in regions where PIVAS chafing has already been implemented are comparable. Conclusions： At present, the mean of cost calculation for generic drugs configuration in common hospitals and the standard of charging standard of various configuration fee in approved three regions basically reflects the corresponding cost of configuration, and can be a reference for other hospitals, also can provide basis for the nation to develop relevant pricing policies.
