中西医结合治疗冠心病慢性心力衰竭心肾阳虚型80例临床观察

目的观察中西医结合治疗冠心病慢性心力衰竭心肾阳虚型的临床疗效。方法将160例冠心病慢性心力衰竭心肾阳虚型患者随机分为2组。对照组80例采用西医常规抗心力衰竭治疗;治疗组80例在对照组治疗基础上加用苓桂术甘汤加味。2组均7d为1个疗程,观察临床疗效。结果 :治疗组总有效率为91.25%,对照组总有效率为67.5%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05),治疗组临床疗效优于对照组。结论中西医结合治疗心肾阳虚型冠心病慢性心力衰竭临床疗效确切。

Effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy on chronic heart failure of coronary heart disease of heart and kidney deficiency syndrome

Objective To observe the clinical effects of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy on chronic heart failure of coronary heart disease of heart and kidney deficiency syndrome. Method 160 patients with chronic heart failure of coronary heart disease of heart and kidney deficiency syndrome were randomly divided into two groups. 80 cases in control group were treated by conventional western medicine therapy. 80 cases in treatment group were treated by Linggui Zhugan decoction on the basis of the control group. 7 days in both groups was as a course of treatment,then the clinical effects were observed. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 91. 25% . The total effective rate in control group was 67. 5% ,there was statistically significant difference between the efficiency of the two groups. Clinical efficacy of the treatment group is better than the control group. Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy has definite effect on chronic heart failure of coronary heart disease of heart and kidney deficiency syndrome.
