| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨治疗慢性化脓性上颌窦炎的有效治疗方法。方法 :随机选择 80例 (治疗组 )慢性上颌窦炎 ,采用灭滴灵上颌窦穿剌冲洗 ,每次冲洗后庆大霉素 8万单位注入上颌窦 ,1次 /周 ,4次一疗程。另随机选择 2 0例 (对照组 )同样病例 ,采用生理盐水上颌窦穿剌冲洗 ,每次冲洗完后庆大毒素 8万单位注入上颌窦 ,1次 /周 ,4次一疗程。结果 :治疗组总有效率 97.5 %。对照组总有效率 75 .0 %。两组比较有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :采用庆大毒素与灭滴灵联合灌注于上颌窦 ,对引起上颌窦炎的致病菌有良好的抗菌作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of Flagyl and Gentamycin via irragating the maxillary sinus in chronic suppurative maxillitis.Methods:Eighty patients were irragated with Flagyl and 80 unit Gentamycin,20 patients were irragated with physiological saline and Gentamycin.All the patients treated once a week for four weeks.Results:In treated group of 80 patients,the total effective rate was 97.5% while that was 75.0% in control group of 20 patients.There was a significant different between the two groups( P <0.05).Conclusion:Iirragating with Flafyl and Gentamycin is an effective treatment method for chronic suppurative maxillitis. |
