| 摘 要： | 总结13例乳腺癌患者保乳术后运用调强放疗技术进行治疗的护理体会。放疗前做好心理护理、详细解释及呼吸训练;放疗过程中注意并发症的观察及护理,出现放射性肺炎,急性放射性食管炎时进行对症处理;加强放疗区皮肤保护。13例患者均达到良好的治疗效果,未发生严重并发症,顺利完成治疗。

| Abstract: | To report the nursing experience of 13 cases of breast cancer patients treated with intensity modulated radiation therapy after brest - conserving surgery. To give patients with psychological care, detailed explanation and guidance of respiratory training before radiotherapy. To pay attention to observation and nursing care of complications in the process of radiotherapy for symptomatic treatment when occuring radioactive pneumonia, or acute radiation esophagitis. Meanwhile, to strengthen the protection of the skin at radiotherapy area. All of 13 cases of patients complete the treatment successfully and achieve good therapeutic effects. No serious complications occurred in the process of radiotherapy. |
