血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的研究

目的观察血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI)治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)的临床疗效。方法将72例慢性CHF患者随机分为2组,对照组进行常规治疗,ACEI组在常规治疗的基础上加用ACEI,治疗12个月后,观察2组患者的临床资料、血压、心率,并比较2组治疗后6个月内因CHF再住院率。结果与治疗前比较,治疗1 a后,ACEI组患者的血压、心率、左室舒张末内径(LVEDD)、左室收缩末内径(LVESD)以及左室射血分数(LVEF)值都有明显改善(P<0.01),对照组的LVEDD和LVESD治疗前后无明显差异(P>0.05)。6个月内因CHF再入院率,ACEI组为19%,对照组为42%。结论ACEI治疗慢性CHF可明显改善患者的心功能和明显降低患者因CHF的再入院率。

Study of angiotension converting enzyme inhibitor on chronic congestive heart failure

Objective It is to observe the clinical curative effect of angiotension converting enzyme inhibitor (ACEI) on chronic congestive heart failure (CHF). Methods 72 patients with chronic CHF were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with normal method. The ACEI group was given ACEI additionally on the basis of routine treatment. The changes of clinical manifestation, BP, HR in the two groups were observed after 12 month-treatment, and the readmission rate induced by CHF were compared between the two groups after 6 months later. Results BP, HR, LVEDD, LVESD and LVEF in the ACEI group were obviously improved after one year treatment compared with those before treatment (P<0.01). There were no significant difference on LVEDD and LVESD in control group between before and after treatment (P>0.05). The readmission rate induced by CHF was 19% in ACEI group and 42% in control group after 6 months follow-up. Conclusion ACEI can improve heart function markedly in patients with chronic CHF and low down readmission rate induced by CHF.
