| Abstract: | The paper presents recommendations for standardization of allergen extract by the combined use of skin prick tests and radioallergosorbent tests. These tests provide appropriate means for quantitation of the total allergenic activity of an extract. Advantages and limitations are discussed with reference to the literature. |
