| 摘 要： | 目的:了解基层医院工作人员职业暴露的构成比、危险因素(暴露原因),以探讨相关的防范措施。方法:对2006年6月～2008年12月医院工作人员职业暴露的发生情况进行统计分析。结果:共发生37例职业暴露,按工作类别分,前3位分别是护士、医疗废物处理人员、医生;按危险因素分,前3位分别是利器损伤、皮肤黏膜暴露、手污染。结论:针对职业暴露的危险因素,通过加强职业暴露防护知识的培训及提高自我保护意识、落实标准防护措施,可以达到减少职业暴露发生的目的。
