摘    要:目的研究对比四维超声与二维超声在产科检查诊断中的应用价值。方法从2012年2月~2013年5月对我院孕产妇分别实施2D及4D超声检查,对比胎儿畸形的检出率情况。结果 4D组四肢畸形的检出率为86.7%(13/15),心脏异常的检出率为92.9%(13/14),均显著高于2D组的53.3%(8/15)、71.4%(10/14);差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 4D超声能够明显提升胎儿畸形的诊断率,临床应用效果明显,值得推广。

Abstract:Objective To study and compare the application value of four-dimensional (4D) ultrasound and two-di- mensional (2D) ultrasound diagnosis in obstetrics diagnosis. Methods From February 2012 to May 2013, pregnant women in our hospital were respectively given 2D and 4D ultrasound, compared detection rate of fetal malformations. Results The 4D group's limb deformities detection rate was 86.7% (13/15), cardiac abnormalities detection rate was 92.9% (13/14), which were significantly higher than the 2D group of 53.3% (8/15), 71.4% (10/14). Differences were statistically significant (P all 〈0.05). Conclusion 4D ultrasound can significantly improve the diagnosis rate of fetal malformations, the clinical application effect is obvious. It is worth promoting.
