微创经皮与传统开放椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折的临床研究

摘    要:目的探讨微创经皮椎弓根螺钉内固定手术治疗椎体骨折的效果。方法 A组46例患者接受经皮椎弓根螺钉内固定术,B组42例患者接受传统开放手术,随访对比两组疗效、并发症、生活质量。结果 A组疗效优于B组(P<0.01)。A组、B组两组间影像学效果接近(P>0.05)。A组术后各个时间点的VAS评分显著低于同期B组评分(P<0.01)。A组生活质量较B组改善很明显(P<0.01)。A组并发症轻于B组。结论微创经皮手术治疗胸腰椎骨折,创伤小、术后疼痛轻、并发症少,综合疗效明显优于传统开放手术。

Clinical analysis of minimally invasive percutaneous and traditional open surgery in the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures pedicle by screw internal fixation

Abstract:Objective To study the clinical efficacy of minimally invasive percutaneous surgery with screw internal fixation treating thoracolumbar fractures pedicle. Methods Group A: 46 patients, accepted percutaneous pedicle screw fixation; Group B: 42 cases, with traditional open surgery. Curative effect, complications, and quality of life in two groups were followed up and compared. Results Curative effect of group A was significantly better than group B (P 〈 0.01), The imaging targets of group A and group B were similar (P 〉 0.05). In group A postoperative V_~S scores were significantly lower than the same period in group B (P 〈 0.01). Quality of life in group A was improved obviously than group B (P 〈 0.01). Complications in group A were lighter than group B. Conclusion Minimally invasive percutaneous surgery in the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures, has small trauma, less postoperative pain, complications, and the overall comprehensive curative effect is superior to the traditional open surgery.
