光固化流动树脂粘接正畸托槽的临床观察

摘    要:目的 观察Esthet-Ⅹ Flow光固化流动树脂粘接正畸托槽的临床效果.方法 选取接受正畸矫治的患者50例,随机分为实验组和对照组.实验组采用光固化流动树脂粘接托槽,对照组采用京津牙釉质粘合树脂粘接托槽.比较两组患者3个月及6个月时托槽总脱落率及6个月时前磨牙托槽的脱落率.结果 实验组3个月和6个月时的托槽总脱落率均低于对照组(P<0.05).实验组6个月时前磨牙托槽脱落率低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 光固化流动树脂粘接托槽的临床效果优于京津牙釉质粘合树脂.

Clinical observation of bonding brackets with light-cured flowable composite

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Esthet-X Flow light-cured flowable composite in bracket bonding. Methods Fifty patients for orthodontic treatment were selected and devided into 2 groups randomly. In experiment group, the teeth were bonded with Esthet-X Flow flowable composite. In control group, the brackets were bonded with Jingjln enamel adhesive. The overall bond failure rates at 3,6 months and the bond failure rate of premolar brackets at 6 months were compared. Results Both the overall bond failure rates at 3,6 months and bond failure rate of premolar brackets at 6 months of experiment group were lower than those of control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Esthet-X Flow flowable composite is superior to Jingjin enamel adhesive in bracket bonding.
