手辅助腹腔镜与腹腔镜行右半结肠切除术临床效果比较

目的比较手辅助腹腔镜与腹腔镜术式在行右半结肠切除术中的临床效果。方法A组给予手辅助腹腔镜术式治疗，B组给予腹腔镜术式治疗。比较两组患者术中情况、安全性以及术后并发症的发生情况等。结果A组的术中所需时间更短（P〈0．05）；但出血量较大（P〈0．05）；两组中转开腹情况无统计学差异（P〉0．05）。影响患者术后恢复的相关情况无统计学差异（均P〉0．05）。手辅助腹腔镜组患者的并发症发生率低于腹腔镜组（P〉0．05）。结论手辅助腹腔镜术式行右半结肠切除术可同时具有开腹术式和全腹腔镜术式的优点，是治疗结直肠癌的较为理想的术式．值得临床推广。

The comparison of effect of right hemicolectomy with hand-assisted laparoscopic and laparoscopy applied

Objective To compare the effect of right hemicolectomy with hand-assisted laparoscopic and laparoscopy applied. Methods Hand-assisted laparoscopic was given in A group while laparoscopy given in B group. Intraoperative conditions,security,postoperative complications and recovery were compared. Results The time required for surgery in A group was shorter（P〈0.05）,but the bleeding in A group was more than that in B group（P〈0.05）.There was no satis- tical difference of number of laparotomy between the two groups （P〉0.05）. There was no statistical difference of influ- encing factors of postoperative recovery between the two groups （all P〉0.05）. There was no statistical difference of com- plication rate between the two groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion It had advantages of open surgical and total laparoscopic applying hand-assisted laparoscopie in right hemicolectomy, and it was a ideal procedure for colorectal cancer. It was worthy of clinical.
