郑州地区门诊输血患者输血反应分析及风险管理

目的通过整理郑州地区门诊输血患者的输血资料,分析门诊输血患者输血反应情况,处理方法及疗效,旨在探讨如何有效避免和处理输血反应,确保门诊输血患者的输血安全。方法统计分析本门诊部2010~2012年共计430名门诊输血患者输注各类血液成分的输血反应情况及处理情况。结果根据统计,输注各种血液制品后发生的不良反应有一定区别,在门诊患者范围内,输注新鲜冰冻血浆所占比例最高,其次为冷沉淀,悬浮红细胞,洗涤红细胞的比例最低。结论门诊输血为需要长期输血,经济条件受限的血液病患者提供了方便快捷的医疗服务,降低了医疗成本,但是由于医疗硬件不如医院,尤其是输血反应的存在要求必须加强门诊输血各个环节的质量控制,才能保证门诊输血安全。

Analysis of transfusion reactions of outpatients in Zhengzhou area

Objective To analyze transfusion reactions of outpatients in Zhengzhou area based on 430 outpatients.Establishment of modified pre-transfusion testing strategies to reduce immune transfusion reactions. Methods Statistic and analyzed transfusion reactions and treatments of 430 outpatients who transfused with sorts of blood component. Results According to statistics, the transfusion reactions were different by infusion with different sorts of blood compo- nent, within the scope of the outpatients, the highest proportion of transfusion reaction are patients infused with fresh frozen plasma, followed by cryoprecipitation and suspended red blood cells, the percentage of washing red blood cells was lowest. Conclusion Outpatient transfusion provide a convenient and efficient service to long-term sick patients, at the same time reducing the medical cost, but due to medical hardware is inferior to the hospital, we must strengthen the medical quality of outpatient transfusion link especially to avoid and deal with transfusion reactions in ttime..
