瑞舒伐他汀对2型糖尿病患者的降脂疗效及血管内皮功能的影响

摘    要:目的探讨瑞舒伐他汀治疗2型糖尿病患者的降脂疗效及对血管内皮功能的影响。方法 74例2型糖尿病患者随机分为两组(瑞舒伐他汀组和对照组)。对照组患者予以饮食调整、适当体育锻炼及药物控制血糖等常规治疗。瑞舒伐他汀组患者加用瑞舒伐他汀1次/d,10 mg/次,连用8周。结果治疗8周后,瑞舒伐他汀组TC、TG、LDL-C水平均有明显下降(P<0.05),HDL-C水平明显上升(P<0.05)。而对照组治疗前后血脂变化不明显(P>0.05);同时两组血浆NO水平均有明显上升、ET-1水平均有明显下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),且瑞舒伐他汀组上升或下降值比对照组更明显(P<0.05)。结论瑞舒伐他汀治疗2型糖尿病可明显改善患者的血脂代谢紊乱,并能降低血浆ET-1水平,升高血浆NO水平,具有保护血管内皮细胞功能,在预防患者心脑血管并发症中起到重要作用。

Lipid-reducing effect of rosuvastatin and influence on vascular endothelial function of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

Abstract:Objective To discuss lipid-reducing effect of rosuvastatin and influence on vascular endothelial function of patients with type :2 diabetes mellitus. Methods All 74 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were divided into rosuvastatin group and control group randomly. The patients in control group were given the routine medical treatment such like diet adjustment, proper physical exercise, blood sugar control by drugs and etc. The patients in rosuvastatin group were additionally given the rosuvastatin 10 mg per time once a day for 8 weeks. Results After 8 weeks' medical treatment, TC, TG and LDL-C levels of patients in rosuvastatin group were obviously declined(P〈0.05), while the HDL- C level obviously were rose (P〈0.05). The changes of blood fat of patients in control group were not obvious (P〉0.05). Meanwhile, NO levels in plasma of patients in two groups were obviously rose, while the ET-1 level were obviously declined(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01), and the rising or declining rates in rosuvastatin group were much higher than those in control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Rosuvastatin has reliable curative effect on patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, which can obviously improve the blood fat metabolism disorder of patients, reduce the ET-1 level in the plasma, raise the NO level in plasma, protect the function of vascular endothelial cell (VEC) and plays an important role to prevent the complication of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular of patients.
