去氧孕烯炔雌醇片对功能失调性子宫出血及月经周期控制的疗效探讨

目的 对去氧孕烯炔雌醇片（妈富隆）治疗功能失调性子宫出血（DUB）及控制月经周期的临床疗效进行观察并探讨.方法 取本医院自2011年2月～2013年7月接诊的DUB患者82例,将两组患者按治疗方式不同分为实验组和对照组,实验组41例接受口服妈富隆治疗;而对照组41例则接受口服己烯雌酚治疗.治疗前后观察两组患者的月经周期控制效果和止血时间,并统计两组出现的相应副作用.结果 治疗后,实验组有效率为95.1％（39/41）,对照组为80.5％ （33/41）,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;实验组控制出血和完全止血时间分别为（23.5±7.9）d和（39.2±14.6）d,对照组为（35.1±11.8）d和（56.7±18.4）d,止血失败率比较,实验组与对照组分别为0和9.8％,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;两组副作用比较差异无统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 妈富隆治疗DUB,止血和对月经周期的控制效果好,且安全可靠,应该在临床上进一步推广.

Explore the effect of ethinyl estradiol desogestrel tablets in treatment for dysfunctional uterine bleeding and control for menstrual cycle

Objective To observe and explore the effect of marvelon in treatment for dysfunctional uterine bleeding and control for menstrual cycle. Methods Selected 82 cases of patients with DUB in the hospital from February 2011 to Ju- ly 2013, patients were divided into experimental group and control group according to different ways, 41 cases in the experimental group received marvelon therapy; while 41 cases in the control group accepted diethylstilbestrol therapy. The effect of menstrual cycle control and bleeding time were observed before and after treatment and corresponding side effects in two groups were statistic. Results After treatment, the effective rate of experimental group was 95.1%（39/ 41）, the control group was 80.5%（33/41）, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; control bleeding and bleed- ing times of experimental group were （23.5±7.9）d and （39.2±14.6） d, the control group（35.1±11.8）d and（56.7±18.4）d, To compared the hemostatic failure rate of the experimental group and the control group were 0 and 9.8% ,the differ- ence was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; There were no significant differences between the side effects rate in two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion It is more efficient that Marvelon treatment DUB, and better effect in bleeding and men- strual cycle control, thus should be further promoted in clinical practice.
