感音神经性耳聋的相关因素分析及中西医结合治疗

目的 研究分析感音神经性耳聋的相关致病因素及中西医结合治疗的疗效.方法 回顾性分析2010年1月～2012年1月入院治疗的感音神经性耳聋的224例患者的临床资料,并对耳聋的危险因素进行分析.将其按照治疗方法分为对照组和实验组各112例.其中对照组应用西医药物和激素治疗,实验组在对照组基础上应用中西医结合治疗.比较两组患者的临床疗效及生活质量改善情况.结果 造成感音神经性耳聋的主要原因有内耳病毒感染（20.10％）、累及听觉传导通路的炎症（17.84％）、听神经病（14.73％）、年龄相关性耳聋（14.29％）.实验组痊愈54例（48.21％）,总有效率93.43％,复发10例（8.93％）;对照组痊愈22例（19.64％）,总有效率84.82％,复发21例（18.75％）.实验组的生活质量好于对照组.结论 应用中西医结合治疗感音神经性耳聋具有良好的疗效,且患者的生活质量明显提高.

Sensorineural deafness related factors analysis and combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment

Objective To study the sensorineural deafness related pathogenic factors and the effect of combining tradi- tional Chinese and western medicine treatment. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 224 cases with sensorineural deafness at hospital from January 2010 to January 2012. According to the treatment method, the patients were divided into control group and experimental group of 112 cases each. The control group applied western medicine and hormone treatment, and the experimental group combined therapy of traditional Chinese medicine based on the control group. The therapeutic effect and quality of life after treatment between the two groups of patients were com- pared. Results The cause sensorineural deafness was the main reason of the inner ear virus infection（20.10%）, accumu- lated auditory pathway inflammation （17.84%）, listen to neuropathy（14.73%）, age-related deafness（14.29%）. The recov- ery 54 cases （48.31%）, the total effective rate 93.43%, recurrence 10 cases （8.93%）; Control group healed 22 cases （19.64%）, the total effective rate 84.82%, recurrence 21 cases （18.75%）. The quality of life of the experimental group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion The application of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of sensorineural deafness has good curative effect, and obviously improves the quality of life of the patients.
