慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能变化与C反应蛋白水平的相关性分析

摘    要:目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者肺功能变化与与C反应蛋白水平的相关性。方法选取符合标准的COPD患者及健康者,进行FEV1、FVC和FEV1/FVC的测定;运用ELISA检测法进行CRP浓度的测定。结果 COPD患者血清与晨痰中的CRP浓度变化呈现正相关性(r=0.625,P均<0.05)。COPD患者FEV1肺功能损伤程度与晨痰、血清中CRP浓度变化呈负相关性(r=-0.620和r=-0.725,P均<0.05),FEV1/FVC肺功能损伤程度与晨痰及血清中CRP浓度亦呈负相关(r=-0.610和r=-0.642,P均<0.05)。结论 COPD患者CRP浓度升高与肺功能损伤存在相关性。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the correlation between the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) patients with pulmonary function and C-reactive protein levels. Methods The COPD patients and healthy subjects were selected in accordance with the standards, the FEV1, FVC and FEV1/FVC were evaluated, and CRP concentration was measured by ELISA assay. Results COPD patients with serum CRP concentration morning sputum showed a positive correlation (r = 0.625,P 〈0.05). FEV1 in patients with COPD and lung injury severity morning sputum, serum CRP concentrations were negatively correlated (r = -0.620 and r = -0.725, P all 〈0.05), FEV1/FVC lung injury and morning sputum and serum CRP levels was also found a negative correlation (r = -0.610, r = -0.642, P all 〈0.05). Conclusion COPD patients with elevated CRP levels are correlated with lung injury.
