多发胸部外伤合并多重耐药菌株混合感染的危险因素分析及护理对策

目的探讨多发胸部外伤合并多重耐药菌株混合感染的危险因素,并采取相对应的护理措施,以期提高治疗水平。方法回顾性分析2010年1月~2013年1月53例多发胸部外伤患者,并对其中合并多重耐药菌株混合感染的25例患者进行危险因素分析。结果机械通气,侵袭性操作,气管切开,水电解质紊乱,休克、腹部闭合伤、重型颅脑外伤等合并症,APACHE评分,TRISS评分,ASCOT评分是多发胸部外伤合并多重耐药菌株混合感染的独立危险因素(P均<0.05)。结论多发胸部外伤合并多重耐药菌株混合感染的危险因素复杂,加强临床护理在一定程度上可提高患者生存率,加快康复。

Analysis on risk factors of multiple chest trauma combined with multiple- resistant strain mixed infection and nursing countermeasures

Objective To observe the risk factors of multiple chest trauma combined with multiple-resistant strain mixed infection, and take the corresponding nursing measures for improving the treatment level. Methods A total of 53 cases with multiple chest trauma in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2013 were analyzed retrospectively, in which 25 patients with multiple-resistant strain mixed infection received risk factors analysis. Results The complica- tions including mechanical ventilation, invasive operation, tracheotomy, fluid and electrolyte imbalance, shock, ab- dominal closed injury and severe cranioeerebral trauma, APACHE score, TRISS sore and ASCOT score were indepen- dent risk factors of muhiple chest trauma combined with multiple-resistant strain mixed infection（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The risk factors of multiple chest trauma combined with multiple-resistant strain mixed infection is complicated. Enhancing clinical nurse can improve the survival rate of the patients and accelerate the recovery.
