| 摘 要： | 慢性肾衰竭是严重危害人类健康的重大疾病,心血管疾病是慢性肾衰竭最常见的死亡原因,而血管钙化在慢性肾衰竭患者并发心血管疾病中发挥极其重要的作用,明确尿毒症血管钙化的发生机制,将有助于更好地防治。本文就慢性肾衰竭血管钙化机制的进展作一综述。

| Abstract: | Chronic renal failure （CRF） is a serious disease which do harm to human health. The cardiovascular disease is the most common cause of death in CRF paitents. And vascular calcification is considered as a risk factor in CRF-related cardiovascular disease. Understanding the mechanism of vascular calcification will be useful for preventing it. In this review, the study on mechanism of vascular calcification in CRF is described. |
