护理干预对中西医结合治疗女性生殖道厌氧菌感染的影响

目的 研究护理干预对中西医结合治疗女性生殖道厌氧菌感染的影响.方法 选取2011年1月～2013年5月间入院诊治的生殖道厌氧菌感染的女性患者194例,随机分为实验组（97例）和对照组（97例）,两组患者均应用中西医结合疗法.其中对照组常规护理,实验组则根据患者中西医结合疗法制定相应的护理配合手段.观察两组患者的护理质量及生活质量.结果 护理质量观察中,实验组优者34例,良者57例,优良率为93.81％;对照组优者25例,良者56例,优良率为83.50％;两组优良率比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.实验组护理后在总体健康、积极感受等方面的生活质量显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 中西医结合治疗结合相应的护理配合,可有效提高患者的治疗效果与护理质量.

Research on nursing cooperation of integrated Chinese and western medicine treating anaerobic infection of female genital tract

Objective To study the influence of nursing intervention on combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine treating female genital anaerobic infection. Methods One hundred and ninety-four female patients with anaerobic infection of genital tract treated in our hospital from January 2011 to May 2013 were selected and divided in- to two groups randomly, the experiment group for 97 cases and the control group for 97 cases. The control group was treated with western conventional medicine, and the experiment group was treated with integrated Chinese and western medicine. And two groups received nursing cooperation in the treatment process. Quality of care and life were observed. Results The quality of care in the experiment group were excellent in 34 cases, good in 57 cases, good rate of 93.81%; excellent control group 25 cases, good in 56 cases, good rate of 83.50%; the difference was significant （P〈 0.05）. After care in the experiment group general health care, positive feelings and other aspects of quality of life was significantly higher（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine treating anaer- obic infection of female genital tract is good. Combined with psychology, dietary intervention and sanitary control, the subjective nursing quality of patients is good.
