腰-硬联合麻醉用于高龄患者下肢手术的临床观察

目的 研究探讨腰-硬联合麻醉用于高龄患者下肢手术的麻醉效果以及安全性.方法 采用回顾性分析,将120例高龄手术患者资料随机分为实验组（腰-硬联合麻醉组60例）和对照组（全身麻醉组60例）,记录并分析两组各时间段平均动脉压（MAP）、心率（HR）和血氧饱和度（SpO2）数值变化情况.结果 注药后5min时MAP值均明显下降,实验组下降幅度要小于对照组（P＜0.05）;注药后前10 min HR值均增快,实验组上升幅度要低于对照组（P＜0.05）;两组患者术中及术后SpO2无明显差异（P＞0.05）.结论 腰-硬联合麻醉对高龄下肢手术患者有很好的麻醉效果,且安全可靠.

Clinical observation of combined spinal-epidural anesthesia in elderly patients with lower limb operation

Objective To study and explore the anesthetic effect and safety of combined spinal-epidural anesthesia in elderly patients with lower limb operation. Methods The data of 120 elderly patients with operation were retrospective- ly analyzed. All patients were randomly divided into 60 cases of the experimental group, who were implemented the combined spinal-epidural anesthesia, and 60 cases of the control group, who were implemented the general anesthesi- a. The changes of mean arterial pressure （MAP）, heart rate （HR） and blood oxygen saturation （SpO2） of each period in the two groups were recorded and analyzed. Results The MAP at 5 rain after the medicine injection of the two groups both decreased significantly, and compared with the control group, the MAP at 5 rain after the medicine injection of the experimental group decreased more significantly（P〈O.05）; The HR at 10 rain after the medicine injection of the two groups both increased significantly, and compared with the control group, the HR at 10 rain after the medicine injec- tion of the experimental group increased more significantly（P〈0.05）; There were no significant differences in intraoper- ative and postoperative SpO2 between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Combined spinal-epidural anesthesia in el- derly patients with lower limb operation has good anesthetic effect, and is safe and reliable.
