超声乳化手术治疗原发性闭角型青光眼效果及其影响因素

目的探讨临床中原发性闭角型青光眼实施超声乳化手术治疗效果及其预后的影响因素。方法将112例原发性闭角型青光眼患者随机分为研究组和对照组,每组分为两个亚组,即急性组和慢性组。结果术后1年研究组和对照组中的急性组和慢性组的眼压较手术前眼压明显下降,且研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组中手术前后急性组和慢性组的前房深度均有明显增加(P<0.05)。研究组术后房角<90°的急性组和慢性组分别有11例、7例变化,比例分别为36.7%、23.3%。研究组和对照组中的急性组、慢性组的浅前房、滤过泡感染和恶性青光眼以及脉络膜脱离与后发性白内障发生率比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论原发性闭角型青光眼患者实施超声乳化手术治疗效果显著,且重新开放的房角可能与患者的病程具有密切的联系。

Phacoemulsification surgery for primary angle-closure glaucoma and its influencing factors

Objective To investigate the clinical implementation of primary angle-closure glaucoma phacoemulsification surgical treatment and prognosis factors. Methods One hundred and twelve cases of primary angle-closure glaucoma patients were randomly divided into study group and control group,each divided into two subgroups, namely acute group and chronic group. Results The IOP in acute group 1 year of study group and control group and chronic group than pre operation of intraocular pressure was significantly reduced, and the study group was better than control group （P〈0.05）. Study group before and after operation in the acute group and chronic group of anterior chamber depth was significantly increased （P〈0.05）. For comer 〈90°, acute groups in the postoperative and chronic group had 11 cases, 7 cases of change, respectively 36.7%, and 23.3%. And the incidence of after cataract had no significant difference in acute group,group and the control group in the chronic group Assai Bo,bleb infection and malignant glaucoma and choroid detachment（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Patients with primary angle-closure glaucoma implementation phacoemulsification significant treatment effect and the re-opening angle may be associated with the disease is closely linked.
