摘    要:目的 探讨产褥期感染的相关因素,提出预防措施.方法 回顾性分析2010年8月~2012年8月入住我院的400例产妇的临床资料,对产褥期感染的发病率及感染部位进行分析,然后运用Pearson单因素与Logistic多元回归分析方法将产褥期感染的影响因素进行分析,提出具体的预防措施.结果 27例出现产褥期感染,感染率为6.75%;产褥期感染的相关因素为产前贫血(OR=1.787,P<0.05)、宫腔感染(OR=1.592,P<0.05)及产妇营养不良(OR=1.565,P<0.05).结论 产褥期感染的相关因素包括产前贫血、宫腔感染及产妇营养不良,应采取相应措施预防,降低产褥期感染发生率.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the puerperal infection related factors and preventive measures. Methods A total of 400 cases of maternal to stay in our hospital was retrospectively analyzed from August 2010 to August 2012. The distribution of the incidence of puerperal infection and the site of infection were analyzed firstly, and Pearson single factor and Logistic regression analytical methods were used to analyze the influential factors of puerperal infection, and specific preventive measures were put forward finally. Results In this group of patients, 27 cases had puerperal infection, and the infection rate was 6.75%. Logistic multiple regression analysis, the relevant factors for puerperal infection was prenatal anemia (OR=l.787,P〈0.05), intrauterine infection(OR=l.592,P〈0.05), and maternal malnutrition (OR=1.565,P〈0.05). Conclusion Puerperal infection relevant factors, including prenatal anemia, intrauterine infection and maternal malnutrition, should take appropriate measures to prevent this from happening, thereby reducing the incidence of puerperal infection.
