耳鼻咽喉头颈外科病房多功能护理车的管理实践

目的 加强对多功能护理车的应用及管理,更大限度地发挥多功能护理车的作用,提高工作效率.方法 通过优质护理及扁平化护理推广,四个责任组分别配置多功能护理车,移至分管患者最短护理半径处,规范多功能护理车的配置,改进工作模式流程.结果 更多的治疗护理用药工作从总护理站转移至多功能护理车上.责任护士从多功能护理车到分管病室的途中耗时明显减少,工作满意度提高至86.5％.同时多功能护理车也方便了患者,患者满意度提高至97.21％.结论 加强对多功能护理车的管理可有效减轻护士的工作量,提高工作效率.

Management practice of multifunctional nursing trolley in the department of otolaryngology head and neck surgery

Objective To strengthen the application and management of multifunctional nursing trolley, in order to use its capacity to the utmost, and improve the work efficiency. Methods Through the promotion of high quality nursing and flat care, the four responsibility groups were deployed with multifunctional nursing trolley, which were moved to the shortest nursing radius of patients, then standard the deploy of multifunctional nursing trolley, and improved the work mode. Results More and more work of drug treatment and nursing care of patients were transferred from total nursing station to muhifunctional nursing trolley. The time of primary nurse from multifunctional nursing trolley to sickroom was obviously reduced, and the job satisfactidn increased to 86.5%. Meanwhile, multifunctional nursing trolley also conve- nience to patients, and patients＇ satisfactidn increased to 97.21%. Conclusion The strengthen management of multi- functional nursing trolley can effectively reduce the workload of nurses, and improve the working efficiency.
