CYP11B2基因第2内含子转位与醛固酮瘤发病的关系

摘    要:目的探讨醛固酮瘤CYP11B2基因第2内含子(intron 2)转位与醛固酮瘤患者发病之间的关系。方法应用PCR检测醛固酮瘤(66例)、醛固酮瘤肿瘤旁腺瘤组织(38例)和正常肾上腺组织(14例)CYP11B2基因intron2多态性(野生型/转位型)。结果在醛固酮瘤CYP11B2基因intron 2转位发生率为31.81%,醛固酮瘤肿瘤旁腺瘤组织为20.05%,正常肾上腺组织为14.29%,三者之间无统计学差异。结论醛固酮瘤CYP11B2基因intron 2转位与醛固酮瘤的发生无显著关联。

Association between the incidence of aldosterone-producing adenoma and the intron 2 conversion of CYPllB2 gene

Abstract:Objective To investigate the association between the incidence of aldosterone-producing adenoma (APA) and intron 2(Int 2) conversion in CYP11B2. Methods Intron 2 conversion in CYPllB2 was genotyped by two separate PCRs in a series of adrenal tissues which included 14 normal adrenals, 66 APA tissues and 38 adenoma tissue adjacent to adrenal tumors. Results The incidence of intron 2 conversion in CYPllB2 of APA, adenoma tissue adjacent to a- drenal tumors and normal adrenal was respectively 31.81%, 20.05% and 14.29%, there was no significant difference. Conclusion There is no significant association between the incidence of aldosterone-produeing adenoma and Int2 con- version in CYPllB2.
