摘    要:目的评价酶法测定糖化血红蛋白的可行性。方法酶法和离子交换高压液相色谱分析法(HPLC法)同时检测91例糖尿病患者的糖化血红蛋白,对两组数据进行线性回归分析。结果酶法与离子交换高压液相色谱分析法的线性范围分别是2.5%~15.5%和3.8%~18.5%,批内精密度分别是1.09%和1.17%,批间精密度分别是2.2%和2.8%,酶法测定糖化血红蛋白的结果与离子交换高压液相色谱分析法测定糖化血红蛋白的结果相关性良好,线性方程y=1.0137x-0.072,R2=0.9886。酶法测定糖化血红蛋白结果与HPLC法测定的结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论酶法与离子交换高压液相色谱分析法有良好的相关性。酶法在全自动生化分析仪上检测具有效率高、成本低的优点,适合在临床上推广。

Evaluation on the feasibility of enzymatic determination of glycosylated hemoglobin

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the feasibility of enzymatic determination of glycosylated hemoglobin. Methods Gly- cosylated hemoglobin from 91 patients with diabetes mellitus was detected by enzymatic method and ion-exchange high-pressure liquid chromatography, respectively. The two groups of data were experienced by linear regression anal- ysis. Results The linear range of enzymatic method and ion-exchange HPLC were 2.5%-15.5% and 3.8%--18.5%, respectively. The intra-assay precision of them were 1.09% and 1.17%, and the inter-assay precision were 2.2% and 2.8%, respectively. There was a correlation between the two groups of results, and the linear equation was y=l.0137x- 0.072, R2=0.9886. There was no statistical significance between the both groups of data. Conclusion The results of en- zymatic method and ion-exchange HPLC has a good correlation, but the former is worthy of clinical popularization, be- cause it is relatively high efficient with lower cost if performs in a automatic biochemical analyzer.
