| Abstract: | For a long time, severe sepsis and septic shock are quite common and critical ill in PICU. The pathogenesis is very complicated and it relates to the changes in function of multiple systems and organs. The research about pathogenesis is a hotspot all over the world. This paper gives a summary and classification narrative of progress in pathogenesis of sepsis which have been researched nearly several years both in China and abroad. And this paper would help doctors keep track of the latest developments in the severe disease. |
