培菲康联合葡萄糖酸锌治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性胃溃疡临床研究

目的 探讨培菲康联合葡萄糖酸锌治疗幽门螺杆菌（Hp）阳性胃溃疡的临床疗效.方法 100例幽门螺杆菌阳性胃溃疡患者随机分为两组,每组50例,对照组应用埃索美拉唑、阿莫西林、甲硝唑口服治疗,治疗组应用培菲康、葡萄糖酸锌和埃索美拉唑口服;比较两组患者Hp根除率、症状缓解率、溃疡愈合率及不良反应发生率,并于治疗后2周、4周比较两组患者血锌水平.结果 疗程结束后4周,治疗组Hp根除率优于对照组（x^2=5.4878,P=0.0191）,症状缓解率优于对照组（x^2＝4.4408,P=0.0351）,治疗有效率优于对照组（x^2＝4.3360,P=0.0420）,不良反应发生率低于对照组（x^2=4.0000,P=0.0455）,差异均有统计学意义;治疗后2周、4周,两组患者血锌浓度均显著升高,治疗组高于对照组（P＜0.05）,差异有统计学意义.结论 培菲康联合葡萄糖酸锌能够增加HP的根除率,加速溃疡的愈合,对幽门螺杆菌阳性胃溃疡疗效显著,不良反应少,有临床推广应用的价值.

Clinical study of bifico and zinc gluconate in treatment of Helicobacter pylori positive peptic ulcer

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Bifico and zinc gluconate in treatment of Helicobacter pylori positive peptic ulcer. Methods A total of 100 patients with Helicobacter pylori positive peptic ulcer were randomly di- vided into two groups, with 50 cases in each group, the control group treated with oral medications： esomeprazole, amoxicillin, metronidazole, the treatment group treated with Bifico, zinc gluconate and esomeprazole; Compared the Hp removal rate, symptom relief rate, ulcer healing rate and the incidence of adverse reactions of patients in two groups,compared blood zinc levels of patients at 2nd week and 4th week after treatment. Results The Hp eradication rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group at 4th week after treatment （X^2=5.4878, P= 0.0191）, the symptom relief rate was better than that of the control group （X^2=4.4408, P=0.0351）, the ulcer healing rate was better than that of the control group （X^2=4.3360, P=0.0420）, the incidence of adverse reaction was lower than that of the control group （X^2= 4.0000, P=-0.0455）, there was significant difference; the blood zinc concentration of pa- tients in two groups increased significantly at 2nd week and 4th week after treatment, the treatment group was higher than the control group （P〈0.05）, there was significant difference. Conclusion Bifico and zinc gluconate can increase the eradication rate of Hp and accelerate ulcer healing, it has an significant effect, less adverse reaction on Heli- cobacter pylori positive peptic ulcer, it has the value in clinical application.
