个性化心理护理对呼吸机依赖老年患者的影响

目的 探讨个性化心理护理干预对呼吸机依赖老年患者心理状态的影响.方法 52例呼吸机依赖老年患者随机分为干预组和对照组各26例、对照组实施常规对症护理,干预组着重实施个性化心理护理干预,比较两组干预后的各项心理评分、成功脱机率及脱机时间、护理满意度.结果 干预组患者抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、睡眠障碍评分均较干预前及对照组明显降低（P＜0.05）.干预组患者干预2周后、干预3周后其脱机成功率均明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）.且干预组患者成功脱机平均时间明显短于对照组（P＜0.05）.干预组患者或家属护理满意度总分达（96.38±10.75）分,明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 个性化心理护理干预可以改善呼吸机依赖老年患者的负性心理状态,提高患者的脱机成功率及提高对护理人员的工作满意度.

Personalized intervention on psychological care ventilator dependent mental state of elderly patients

Objective To investigate the impact on psychological state of psychological nursing intervention on person- alized ventilator dependent elderly patients. Methods Fifty-two cases ventilator dependent elderly patients were ran- domly divided into intervention group and control group, control group received conventional symptomatic care ,the in- tervention group focused on the individual psychological nursing intervention,the psychological score,success rate and offline offline time, satisfaction were compared. Results Intervention group＇s depression, anxiety, hostility,phobia, sleep disturbance scores was significantly lower than control group than the comtrol group （P〈0.05）. After intervention 2 weeks,3 weeks,intervention group＇s offline success were significantly higher than the control group （P〈0.05）. And the success and average time off of intervention group were significantly shorter than control group（P〈0.05）. Interven- tion group patients or their families nursing satisfaction score was 96.38±10.75 points,was significantly higher than control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Personalized psychological care interventions can improve ventilator dependent el- derly patient＇s mental state,improve the patient＇s rate of success offline improve nurses job satisfaction.
