脊柱微调手法治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效观察

目的探讨脊柱微调手法治疗神经根型颈椎病临床效果,以期提高临床治疗水平。方法随机选取110例神经根型颈椎病患者分成对照组和观察组,对照组予以颈椎牵引疗法,观察组予以脊柱微调手法治疗,观察两组治疗后效果情况。结果观察组患者的临床控制率和总有效率较对照组均具有显著性优势(P<0.05);且两组治疗后在简易视觉模拟疼痛评分法、NDI法、颈曲度值、颈椎关节位移指数、临床症状体征上比较,观察组也具有明显优势(P<0.05)。结论脊柱微调手法治疗神经根型颈椎病较之于颈椎牵引疗法的临床效果具有明显优势,对治疗神经根型颈椎病具有一定的临床价值。

Effect of spine fine adjusting manipulation in treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy

Objective To observe the clinical effect of spine fine adjusting manipulation treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy, for improving the clinical treatment level. Methods A total of 110 cases with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were selected randomly and divided into two groups, the control group and the observation group. The control group were treated with cervical traction, while the observation group were treated with spine fine adjusting ma- nipulation. The clinical effect of two groups was observed. Results The clinical control rate and the total effective rate of the observation group were superior to that of the control group （P〈0.05）. And the simple vision simulation pain score method, NDI method, cervical curvature value, cervical diapophysial displacement index and clinical symptoms of the observation group were superior to that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of spine fine adjusting manipulation treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy is evidently better than that of cervical traction, and it has clinical value to treat patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.
