产妇医院感染的危险因素调查分析

目的 探讨产妇发生医院感染的情况与相关因素,为医院感染的预防提供理论依据.方法 对我院2263例产妇的病历资料进行回顾性调查研究,并对其中发生医院感染的产妇资料与未发生医院感染的产妇资料进行对比分析.单因素分析采用x2检验,多因素采用非条件Logistic回归分析.结果 在2 263例产妇中,医院感染发生率为3.66％（83/2263）,呼吸道、泌尿道、手术切口是发生感染的常见部位.多因素非条件Logistic回归分析显示：妊娠并发症（OR=18.323;95％ CI：0.853 ～4.643）;住院时间＞7d （OR =5.463;95％ CI：0.271～2.652）;侵袭性操作（OR=6.421;95％CI：0.368～3.140）;平均每天探视人员≥10人（OR=3.853;95％CI：0.941～1.342）,是产科发生医院感染的危险因素.结论 产科发生医院感染的情况并不少见,应当加强对产科发生医院感染的危险因素进行干预,方可降低产科医院感染的发生率.

Survey on the risk factors of nosocomial infection in obstetrics

Objective To explore the occurrence of nosocomial infection in maternal and the related factors, and pro- vide theoretical basis for the prevention of hospital infection. Methods 2 263 cases of maternal medical records were retrospectively investigation. The occurrenee of nosocomial infection in maternal women and the no hospital infection data were analyzed. The single factor analysis was used ehi-square test, and the multiple factors was using uneondi- tioned Logistic regression analysis. Results In 2 263 cases of parturient, 83 cases suffered from nosoeomial infection, incidence rate of nosoeomial infection was 3.66%, pregnancy complications（OR=18.323 ;95%CI：0.853-4.643） ; hospi- talization〉 7d （OR=5.463;95%CI：0.271-2.652） ; invasive procedures （OR=6.421 ;95% CI：0.368-3.140） ;Average daily visitation staff/〉 10 people（OR=3.853 ;95%CI：0.941-1.342） was associated with nosocomial infeetion risk fac- tor. Conclusion Maternity hospital infection of the case is common, to strengthen the maternity hospital infection risk factors intervention, may be reducing the incidence of obstetric hospital infection.
