专科医师培训质量管理的构建与应用

摘    要:目的探讨我院专科医师规范化培训基地的质量管理体系,并评价质量管理体系的成效。方法以2011年7月~2013年7月参与我院各科专科医师规范化培训基地培训的50名各科专科医师为研究对象,对其开展规范化培训。对专科医师严格按照我院质量管理体系开展为期两年的规范化培训。培训结束后,统计分析对比培训前和培训后在理论知识掌握和技能实践水平方面的差异。结果培训后优秀和良好的医师数多于培训前,且优良率较高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);培训后理论考试得分高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),培训后实践技能水平为优秀和良好的人数多于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论建立健全专科医师培训质量管理体系,可显著提高专科医师的理论素养和实践操作技能水平。

The construction and application of quality management in specialist training

Abstract:Objective To investigate quality management in the base of specialists standardized training, and evaluate the effectiveness of the quality management system. Methods In the present study, 50 specialists participating in anes- thesiology specialist standardized training were considered as research subjects from July 2011 to July 2013. And trained the anesthetists two years basing on the quality management system in our hospital. And compared the level of theoretical knowledge and practical skills after treatment. Results The number of excellent and good physician after treatment was higher than those before treatment, and the excellent rate was significantly improved (P 〈 0.05). Theory test score and the number of peoples with a good or excellence level of practical skills after treatment were also higher than those before treatment (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Establishing and improving the system of specialists standardized training could significantly improve the level of theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
