| 摘 要： | 目的观察平溃散联合奥美拉唑对幽门螺杆菌相关性消化性溃疡疗效。方法选择本站2011年2月~2013年1月间收治的消化性溃疡患者76例,随机分为两组,奥美拉唑组35例,平溃散联合奥美拉唑组41例。对给药前后的胃内pH、幽门螺旋杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,Hp)是否根除等指标进行对比,随访6个月。结果经过4周治疗,两组都可减轻消化性溃疡临床症状。与奥美拉唑组相比,平溃散联合奥美拉唑组的抗酸能力强而持久(P<0.05),平溃散联合奥美拉唑组改善显著(P<0.05)。结论平溃散联合奥美拉唑组治疗消化道溃疡疗效显著,未发现明显不良反应。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical therapeutic effect of Pingkui powder and omeprazole on helicobacter pylori related. Methods From Feburary 2011 to January 2013, 76 gastric ulcers patients were consecutively recruited and randomly divided into omeprazole group （n=35） or pingkui powder combined with omeprazole group （n=41）. lntragastric pH, helicobacter pylori （Hp） eradication and the effects of two groups were recorded and compared betore and after treatment. Results After four weeks study, all patients had also been shown to reduce clinical symptoms of gastric ulcers. Compared with omeprazole group, resist acid ability of pingkui powder combined with omeprazole group was strongly and continuously （P〈0.05） and iMproved significantly （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion There are obviously clinical therapeutic effect of Pingkui powder and omeprazole on helicobacter pylori related gastric ulcers, and no considerable side effect is found. |
